Putting a nicotine patch on in the morning to try and quit smoking

Going to give it a try. I am up to a pack a day right now and not breathing too good. I really hope I can do this.

It’s hard, but so worth it! If I were you, I’d get suckers or something because you’re not just addicted to nicotine, but also the whole hand to mouth. When you get the urge to smoke suck on a sucker or something like that

You can also get nicotine chewing gums.

I tried the patch and it completely eliminated my nicotine cravings.

The problem is once you take it off the nicotine craving comes back.

In the end I quit cold turkey. Whether its not smoking or taking off the patch, it’s essentially cold turkey, either way there comes a point were you have to suffer through the nicotine withdrawal…unfortunately.

It’s been seven hours since I gave up.

Wellbutrin made me stop vaping as it blocks nicotine receptors in the brain but it doesnt work for everyone.
