I think most meds for sleep induction don’t give a good night sleep with quality. Any of you read about this?
I take Melatonin, Trazodone, and Seroquel all for sleep every night. Sometimes, I even add a dose of Klonipin. And I sleep like a baby most nights. I wake up very refreshed. And I supposedly have sleep apnea!

When I first got on Abilify I couldn’t sleep at all.
Couldn’t even sit still.
It was horrible.
They added klonopin twice a day and I slept a little better and am able to relax a little.
They also gave me ambien for sleep, but it made me feel really weird so I quit taking it.
It’s also worth mentioning that I eat THC edibles at night and I feel like that makes the most difference.
But of course I can’t recommend anyone else try that because THC can be dangerous for others.
So don’t do that, I guess.
I sleep 12 hours but I wake up many times at night
It takes melatonin, hydroxizine, seroquel, and latuda to knock me out every night, sometimes with extra benadryl. I wake up feeling hungover every day but it normally wears off after an hour.

THC?? It causes or worsen psychosis. Here in Canada the gov Health Canada have warnings on weed products saying: “Warning weed causes or worsen schizophrenia especially high THC weed.”

I live in California where weed is legal for medical and recreational.
It’s approved by my pdoc and I tolerate it really well.
I also said in my post that it’s not for everyone,
So if you don’t like weed,
Don’t smoke it.

Its legal here too in Quebec but when I smoked it 80% of the time I had catatonia and become aggressive with ppl. I had a car accident because I was high. I feel like killing ppl when on it they shouldn’t legalize it. The other 20% I felt I was flying but for me its like playing with fire so I stopped weed last year.
I have catatonia without meds and weed made my catatonia worse even with meds.
