You seem high functioning. I crashed and burned hard. Haven’t recovered or done ■■■■ in 8 years. And my doctor tries to tell me I’m bipolar and in remission a few times. The government is cheap. Most of my ■■■■ is covered through private insurance. I couldn’t live on what they give us.
schizophrenia shows on fMRI. Just google it. It’s a brain disease which starts at first trimester of the pregnancy. So if something is wrong so early it might be impossible to fix this later on. So my hopes are not high for getting to the root cause.

alkermes was have an antidepressant mu-kappa agonist but it rejected from fda. if it was approved may can help negative symptoms
