Just went for an almost hour long walk. I would like to walk more… just there isn’t anywhere to walk to around here. There is a walking path but quiet a bit of homeless hang out on it so I wouldn’t feel totally safe. Gonna watch a show called “Dimension 404” on Hulu.

Okay day. Trying to see how I fare off my low dose of APs. Been grinding a certain restorative supplement for over 200 days and PEMF therapy for 2 months, just want to see how I do.
Mild to moderate head pressure, going to see how tomorrow is.

What is PEMF therapy? And what dosage are you on? If you don’t mind me asking @naturallycured

PEMF therapy is pulsed electronic magnetic field therapy. It heals brain injuries. This machine works but is somewhat weak and doesn’t reach deep inside my head. My outer brain feels quite alright though. Just there’s some deep damage that it isn’t really reaching, and some pressure seems to emanate from there.
I was taking 2 mg Haldol. Used to be on 12 mg Paliperidone but I was able to taper down.

Ohhhh- interesting. Hope it works for you! I don’t know that I’ve ever heard of PEMF therapy before. And that’s cool, I was able to get down to 3.5 paliperidone at some point (now I’m on Abilify) good luck to you!! @naturallycured

Good PEMF machines are moderately expensive. Mine cost 660 CAD.

My day was okay. I went to a cool thrift shop with a friend earlier today.

Just after lunch and relaxing. Been a good day so far. Got my new turn table working and busted out some tunes. Just relaxing before dinner time. Pork medallions with rice and veges for me tonight.
