focus on diet you consume daily
If ur symptoms let you You can go to gym or do yoga meditation or go on jogging early in the morning …

PEMF heals the blood barrier. The first post in my thread covers that idea.
Heal that barrier and heal all kinds of mental issues triggered by chronic brain inflammation.
This isn’t a mainstream theory, but there are actual studies backing it, that aren’t accepted by people who don’t want to look outside of mainstream theories for treating SZ (APs and CBT. Nothing more.)
I’m stubborn re. diet. I don’t want to go all fruit / veg. But I figure the most important thing from fruit / veg is antioxidants. So I eat ~3 tbsp of ground cloves a day. That has the most antioxidants of any fruit and veg.
Once I get my energy back I’ll switch to a healthier diet. But it’s expensive and very difficult to maintain. I like cheap staples and carbs.
I definitely have to exercise more though.
