My back has been playing up for months. Lots and lots of pain.
My gp prescribed me codeine and paracetamol (Tylenol). So sleepy and not pleasant for me.
Worst thing is is that it is blurring my vision and can’t make out the tv

Honestly I would refuse it if it were me.
The risk for addiction is very real

My insurance paid for physical therapy for my back. I went to 23 sessions and I didn’t think it was helping but I noticed that the pain in my back that was usually there disappeared during physical therapy and for three months afterwards.
