I live in the U.K. here you can buy co-codamol otc. That is codeine and paracetamol together. Is the strongest painkiller here otc.

Hope you feel better soon. I had back pain that finally stopped about a month or two ago. Not sure what I did to tweak it, but it lasted about two and a half months. Hope yours is quicker to go away.

I’ve had 2 psychotic breaks from codeine before, it’s some kind of allergic reaction I think. I can take Norco though. It’s weird. Be careful with that stuff honey. And of course get well soon.

I am also in the UK, used solpadeine plus soluble when I did my back in last, sorted me out, I hope your back heals soon
