I just came from a 4km walk - I run half of it, walked another half.
As a smoker I know how very essential it is to exercise. I’m gonna do this as a routine as I want to get a super-good health. I’m also gonna lift weights.
Anyway, I thought to start a thread where people can post whenever they have been exercising.
Maybe you want to take photos and post em here too…
@anon90843118 It’s a battle combining exercise with a binge eating disorder. As a teen in the summertime I would exercise 6 hours a day and eat and eat and purge. It was awful.
Had my mom not gotten sick and died I think I might have been normal. I was normal until she got sick.
Just relaxing with a sugar free soda after showering from doing 15km on my stationary bike in a new record time of 23 min 29 seconds. It is a lovely feeling after a workout!
I didn’t do my yoga for the last two nights and I feel guilty. I am cold right now. Especially my feet and legs. I’m waiting for my apartment to heat up. I am hungry and it’s not even near lunch time yet. It’s only 1030 am. Oh, woe is me! What am I going to do? I’m out of brewed coffee. I think I will brew some more coffee. Then eat a bit of dry cereal. That always tides me over.
I’ve started to do small workouts every day to help tire myself out. I do jumping jacks, wall pushups and crunches. I also lift 5 pound weights because I want to bulk up my arms. It’s been a slow going process but I’m determined to get stronger! I also take 4 mile walks every other day but I’ve had to stop because the roads are getting icy.
I just walked around the grocery store for 45 minutes. Does that count? It’s a lot of walking for me as it was quite painful. So yes, I think I shall count it.
LS! This morning I exercised twenty minutes on my Concept2 Rowing Machine. I will do this too in the afternoon. And walk to the Pharmacy twenty minutes this afternoon. I fast all day today.
