Just walking into town most days. its a 15 minute walk bith ways. i’m very overweight at 315ibs. I can manage it okay though. I want to walk more. I like walking.
I do a long, pretty intense walk everyday.
On the weekends I just walk around the park behind my house.
Good for you! Walking is great for your health! Have you thought of maybe bumping it up to running?

I haven’t exercised for years, but then a few months ago, I started walking for exercise.
I decided to make a goal to walk one mile everyday around my neighborhood. Right now, I’m walking one mile, three to four days out of the week.
Just dog walks and squats. Not enough honestly.
I find speed walking better than running. Easier on the joints and stuff

I try to exercise every second day. Just walks at the moment. Had a lovely bush walk yesterday with my partner. We walked for 2 hours and hardly noticed we were so wrapped up in the scenery.
I don’t exercise, I don’t care that much about health tbh really. I go for a short walk once a day. I haven’t found I feel much better from exercise either, really no difference.

I walk everyday but thats not really exercise. Im probably a little better off for doing it but not much
