I like bicycle riding. I rode also today although it rained. I had my Norwegian army rain clothing on. Later during the day it did not rain any longer and I went to ride my bicycle again.
I love walking in milder temperatures. Not so much during the cold winter. I bought a virtual reality gaming system this past month and am taken with it. It’s so much fun that you play exercise games until your arms are falling off and you still want to keep going. I think this will really help me keep in shape this winter.
I love Hatha yoga. I do it five nights a week, every week. Been practicing for the last 16 years.
I like going to the gym and using the stepper machine. I put on some great music and it’s almost like I’m dancing (which I also like as exercise).
I do long walks and training on my stationary bike. That’s it.
I like jogging and walking. I need new shoes for jogging though so I’m jogging less now
I have a Richard Simmons disco aerobic dvd that is a good workout.
Bending the elbow!!! JK
Actually I like walking, although I can’t right now as I’m waiting on a hip replacement. I can hop like a madman though!!
I use to enjoy walking my dogs, but my current dog refuses to walk so I don’t exercise anymore.
I used to do everyday in the gym elliptical for 30 min and 15min running fast on treadmill.
I liked the weight machines at the gym a lot. Now, I am a bit less enthusiastic, but still like them.
Jogging jogging jogging!!!
… If I could still do it like how I did before being medicated…
I enjoy walking the dog.
I love walking that’s about the only exercise I can actually stick with.
Be careful with your knee joints. My mom works at a hospital, and she sees a lot of jogging/running injuries.
I prefer walking/speed walking for this reason.
Make sure to have proper shoes, that put less strain on your knee joints. Also, consider using a proper track for this purpose.
Yea, thankyou, @vangoghs. I have been warned about this on several occasions, and then also read an article on it.
If I ever come off my antipsychotic (under a psychiatrist’s approval and supervision) I’d be sure not to over do the jogging… For that reason.
