Walking is good for you. 


I hate the gym. The only exercise I like is walking and doing push ups. I need to get back into doing those.

walking is good, i average about 6000 steps a day but
swimming is pretty cool, i prefer swimming lol
It is easier on your joints. 


yeah i did used to like swimming when young but walking is something i can fit into my routine and not get bloody bored… dont care if it won’t help lose weight but hopefully can feel ebtter mentally
I don’t want to be followed at the gym and judged so I don’t like going. But once in a while I go with my husband.
