Does anyone exercise?

Does anyone exercise? What do you do?

Try to walk at least 10 km most days. Getting into VR exercise as the temperature drops outside. Tai chi is also nice. I alternate it with chai tea (which means “tea tea” but the rhyme).

You should run. It’s a lot better. You get the same results but faster.

You should read what people post in the past and you’d look better informed.

I walk my dog and that’s about it. Sometimes I sprint with her for a short distance but I cannot run very long in the current shape that I am in.

Only incidental exercise. I mow my mum’s lawn and prune her giant hedges for money. I break a sweat so it must be exercise!!

I walk. I like swimminghall too.

They say swimming is the best exercise. I like running better.

LS! Due to injuries to my right knee, shoulder and back, I do not do much cardio.
Monday to the gym, strength training for my abs, chest and back.
Vinyasa yoga and walk around some blocks (24 minutes)
Tuesday almost an hour with dumbbels, arms, shoulders, upper back.
Vinyasa yoga, walk around some blocks (24 minutes)
Wednesday thirty minutes on my rowing machine
Vinyasa yoga, walk around some blocks (24 minutes)
Thursday Fast
Vinyasa yoga, twenty minutes on my rowing machine, walk around some blocks (24 minutes)
Friday Go to the gym strength training for my abs, butt, hips, thighs,
Vinyasa yoga, walk around some blocks (24 minutes)
Saturday Exercise with dumbbells for almost an hour for arms, shoulders, upper back
Vinyasa yoga, walk around some blocks (24 minutes)
Sunday Fast. Twenty minutes on my rowing machine,
Vinyasa yoga, walk around some blocks (24 minutes)

I always go out for a walk after lunch every day.

I haven’t exercised for the last 10 years. Just using public transport and shopping. I feel good.

Meant to play Beat Saber for 10 min last night. Played for 60 instead. Arms so tired this morning!

Imma gonna go for walks. I’m too fat to run atm heehee

Not everyone can run. Some people have conditions that prevent the from running. Some people are too out of shape to run, and they need to build up to it first.

I should exercise more, but I do go to the gym. I have a Planet Fitness gym membership.
