I voted for āI have never drivenā, but thatās actually not correct.
I had a learnerās permit and had some driving lessons as well, I just never finished them, and thereby didnāt get my license.
Iām terrified of driving, and Iām pretty sure Iād be a dangerous and annoying driver.
So really, iām doing everyone a favour by not driving
Sorry nova, I have added in another option if you wanted to vote again
Thanks
I can technically drive whenever I want to, but I dislike driving on highways or at night. I try to avoid both
My story is similar with What Nova said. I dropped it because i felt i was not ready. This was before sz. I said i will try later. Now i cant because i have a mental illness
Just started a job as a delivery driver, I start Monday. Never had a problem driving. I heard that other countries have pretty bad insurance but for me the time before I got my buisness driving insurance for the year was £310
Driving is one of the few things I can do to ease my mind. Once every few days I get āclaustrophobicā and need to get out of the house so I drive. I have my license but no diagnosis that would require me to relinquish my license, thank God.
I can drive commercial trucks with air brakes up to three axles, large passenger and school buses, limousines, taxis, regular personal vehicles, and motorcycles.
The only driving I did was as a teenager down a private road with my father in the car. That was well over 40 years ago.
How dare they ā ā ā ā ā ā ā take my licence away
I feel the same way. I am going to have a word with my doctor about this
its all about how well you are and whether your sz or even side effects will effect your driving, i am very lucky i am now well enough to drive for a while now but if i was still taking my previous med i wouldnāt be able to and i wouldnāt want to.
when no side effects from meds, Iām able to drive
you have to living in this small town
everything is 20 miles away.
Whitey is a good car.
I just recently got my driverās license for the first time, and I love it! I have to borrow other peopleās cars to drive anywhere because I donāt have my own car yet, but it is so much fun! My boyfriend and I took turns driving up to Seattle and that was one of the best experiences I have had in years. It was exciting to me.
Stick shift, love it @daydreamer. Wish my car wasnāt available only in automatic.
This is my current project (not a pic of my car, itās in the corner of a barn under a tarp for the winter):
The stock engine is coming out. Iāve got a friend rebuilding one of these for me right now:
Itās getting a custom computer package and two extra fuel injectors. Will put out 340 HP when done.
Looking at a six speed manual tranny. Thatās gonna be pricey. Well, everything is pricey.
Gotta love the driverās seat on the wrong side.
i tried driving in America when i went to Florida a few years ago and i went the wrong way on the road ahah, luckily i quickly adjusted when i realised
i think europeans drive on the left as well, there is only a few countries that drive on the right.
stick shift is fun though or gear stick as we call it, if you learn to drive AT then you need to pass a MT License here as well bc one of the staff at my clubhouse cant drive bc he only has the AT license,
@anon82948922 nice car, i use to work in a garage but iāve given up with that a long time ago, i just see them as a tool, nothing special just a means of transport lol. (maybe i should appreciate it more) but things like that dont mean much to me, they are just useful lol
i think more cars will be going Automatic transmission soon with the introduction of EVs
My dad taught me to drive in a stick shift. He told me if I could drive a stick shift, I could drive an automatic. Good reasoning!
