Definitely night for me.
My answer is yes. I just don’t like the day.
I am both morning and night, my symptoms are ok in the morning, become very symptomatic during day, recover at night.
Seems like the only time I can get some peace is staying up until 2:00 am or 3:00 am. I also have all nighters but I’m trying to break the habit. I’m trying to get to bed earlier because it’s tough at work on three or four hours of sleep.
I couldn’t function at night otherwise I will get insomnia. So I might be a morning person. Actually I function best in the afternoon
i don’t know as my body clock is all over the place. it’s 5am here and i’ve been up since 3.30am. i usually wake around 4am, surf till 6 then get my son ready for school. after i’ve dropped him off i tend to go back to sleep till the postman wakes me at around 10 to 11.30am. then i’m up for the day. xxx
technically morning cept still got insomnia from meds so ill put night
I love mornings, but I just wish they came later in the day.
NIGHT definitely. I work evenings , when I do work, so I am usually up until 5 am every night.
I naturally gravitated over the years to be a night person.
From sunset to sunrise is my usual.
If I stay up too late I become symptomatic . To counteract this I go to be by ten.
I’m a night person, definitely. I feel more cheerful when the day is over and I can relax.
I am more of a day/afternoon person - at night my paranoia and anxiety increases
I used to be a night person. Working nights. Now I’m a morning person. Without sleep aid I will wake up at 3-4 AM.
I prefer night time but once I take my meds feel tired real quick
