What's your favorite time of the day?

For me its afternoon. I feel the most energetic and the sun is strong.

My brothers prefer nights so they go club with their gf and many friends. I am jealous of them.

I’m the same now all day. Before Vraylar, I liked the night. I would stay up all night and play video games or go out.

Now, I like the sun in the morning and afternoon. I hate darkness.

I prefer being alone when family is working. I get my private time and solace.

I’m a night person but I can see the beauty of being a morning person. Sometimes it’s just feels good to be up early when it’s quiet with only birds chirping and looking at a whole day ahead of you when you’re fresh and rested. Sometimes I like being out late at night when there’s hardly any people but it’s the same in the morning; it’s nice to get up and go out early when there’s hardly any people out. Can you see a common theme here, lol?

For reasons I don’t know I have more energy and alertness when the sun is down. That’s why I wake up at 3am, which was 35 minutes ago from this post. I must have an absence of light circadian rhythm.-----------

I prefer the morning, but i find it hard to wake up. I usually have to rely on my partner to get me up. I like the morning because everything is nice, fresh and ready to go.

i like noon to 3pm, while i listen to the radio and workout. and then 6pm and 8pm as i watch news. the mornings go by pretty quickly so they are ok. the longest part of my day seems to be when i turn the tv off in the evenings and try to fall asleep. that is also when my mind is the most active.

I prefer night… luckily enough my neighborhood enjoys hearing me play my saxophone at night. People typically text me asking if I’m going to play soon. Some say it helps putting them and the kids to sleep.
