I had a rough day too, tons of headache and intrusive thoughts, but they’re just thoughts and don’t count for much, even though they are pretty mean.

Yeah, I don’t go in to work til 12:15 so I stay up late but I def get 8 hours or so
Same. Was starting to feel messianic delusions too. Like God was giving me world saving instructions
Me too friend, I have had so much pressure on me lately, my delusions are coming back. My shoulders are killing me from the anxiety, and I think that everyone knows who I am and so fourth. I kinda hate me life at the moment, Id love a friend right about now.
Hi, I can talk. Your not alone. Having a bad day too, withdrawal symptoms from stopping a medication per proc instructions… Riding the symptoms out at the moment and sitting at work (forgive if responses come slowly)
Hows the withdrawal going? Are you hoping to stay off the meds? I have appointment with Pdoc on feb 20 so I hope that goes well. What you do for work?
I work a support job in a hospital. The withdrawal is due tis switching my antidepressants out from lexapro to cymbalta, so I’m still in meds, just not the same ones.
