Pimavanserin and Clozapine?

I heard someone on here say that Pimavanserin uses the same mechanism of action as Clozapine, so my question is does Pimavanserin interact with sarcosine and l-glycine like clozapine does? Any ideas?

I dont think anyone knows the answer to that as the drug is still in trials

All atypical antipsychotics block the 5ht2a receptor but clozapine blocks it the most.

Pimavanserin uses selective serotonin inverse agonism (SSIA) and for sz it might be used for maintenance between episodes or for reducing side effects of anti-psychotic drugs because it is for Parkinson’s disease psychosis (PDP) accomplishing the opposite that sz drugs try to do. Clozapine is a weird hybrid that is more effective for sz than for PDP. Pimavanserin is planned for being a PDP and not a hybrid sz/PDP like Clozapine.
