Heya peeps.!
So I decided going swimming 4 days a weeks is too much even thou just 20 minutes sessions.
I’m going to bring it down to sat sun and Mon swims as I am not working Sat n sun,
and Mon am still alert as it has just been wknd.
Will try 1 hour per session to make up for only 3 sessions active per week.
I want to tone myself a little.etc.
What do you peeps do for physical avtivity
It can be anything from gardening to gym

I run on my treadmill everyday. Im also looking into buying some dumbbells so I can start lifting again.

Sounds like a plan. Dumbells for toning and running for cardio and lungs.

I pace continuously pretty much so I suppose that’s my exercise. In the hospital they’d give me a shot of Ativan to relax and they would put me in a room by myself because I was pacing so damn much. I sit down on my own now after awhile. Probably should get a more traditional style but this what I do.

Nah, any style that works best for you, is right for you.!
I only like swimming cos I can go super slow and still call it physical activity. Apparently it works a lot of muscles.
Perhaps not as much, the way I swim lol. I do a lazy way.
But it’s still physical activity.!!!

I agree- any way you get your physical health taken care of is fine. I’m glad you enjoy swimming:)
