Motivation for activities

Good Day,

I have lost motivation as usual. I cant seem to leave the house on weekend or take part in ANY form of activity for as long as i can actually remember.

The last time i left my house to do something fun might have been a year ago and i was prob forced to by my parents.

I want to start something i really do where i can be part of a physical or great outdoor environment ( not computer or tv related )

What are some suggestions please. If you have any that do not require being around people that you have found peaceful please share them with me that are good starts.

I always want to go to the store so I can buy flowers, steaks, etc. I used to be confined to my house where I couldn’t leave without my mom going with me because of a panic disorder I had to overcome to leave the house. Once I tried going out a couple of times I got to where I could ignore the fear and paranoia I had about going to town. good luck.

for me, walking is a good way to help maintain physical health, even if it’s just 10 minutes.

i have a backyard and i was thinking of using the backyard to do jumping jacks. most activities outdoors are a lot less boring than jumping jacks indoors, for me.
