✨ Workout challenge✨

So I decided for my mental health and to overall better my health decided to start a workout challenge for a month.

I’m going to do 5 situps, pushups and squats. Each day that goes by I’m going to add 2 more of each.

Anyone willing to do this with me if your able?

Thats awesome turtle haha im down for the challenge i just dont know if ill remember cause my memory is bad haha. I do think ill start adding some of those to my routine tho. Ill start with 10 of each tomorrow.

I used to do 20 push ups.
Now I’m obese and I can’t even do 5

Well survived day 1, I totally have no upper body strength push-ups are hard lol even 5.

I’ll walk with ya. But no heavy lifting for me. I do walk a lot and it tones my core a lot. Walking is really good it helps your heart :heart: also. And other things. And it’s minimal effort to boot!!

I just realized insomnia is pretty bad lately if your trying to do push ups at 3 am. Lol

Im doing 3-4 mountain bike rides a week to train for some bike trips. So that will be my pushups and situps :smile:

Great job!!! I’m trying to get motivated again to workout five times per week instead of 3. My body is changing from not enough exercise so I’ve got to get back at it

@Turtle44 it’s cold and rainy here today I can’t do my daily walking. Just pacing a little. What gives :sob:

I think that southern tornado storm is hitting us here in the northeast. Just without the tornadoes. Gonna rain all day tomorrow also…. Where is summer lol just kidding. Spring comes first.
