This morning I have started seeing a person watching me from the neighbor’s window. I’m working from home so I have to walk past this window all day. I’m really considering covering a few of my windows with sheets so I can’t see it but I don’t want to draw attention to myself.
I have just been given new meds so I believe these things will stop when I get the doses right. I just have to wait that out but this person is really bothering me today.
Privacy film. It’s like a one-way window. You can look out but no one can look in. Only works in daylight though. At night they can see in clear as day.
Works because there is more light outside than indoors during the day.
I put a sheet up so now the real neighbor on that side is going to think I’ve lost my mind. I also have turned on all the lights in the house because it’s raining here and kinda dark. I am home alone for about 7 more hours.
Could it be possible that the person is not specifically watching you, but being nosy in general? Our---------neighbors, and other people in the neighborhood, seem to always be watching out though it’s a good area.
Btw, I live on a hill community overlooking a major street and across is a business center with a big parking lot. I’ve put up window cardboard so people don’t see me through the screen with my shirt off and think I’m trying to demonstrate and expose myself to the world.--------------------------------------------------------------------
I’m 75% sure the person was never really there. They were (maybe are) wearing a mask and that’s just weird to do in your own home. I covered the windows and I’m ignoring it so I’m not sure if it’s gone away yet or not.
At night if the window isn’t covered properly with a blind or curtain I get this uneasy nagging thought that people will look in on me and take a gun and shoot me through the glass.
@anon21561657 my mother probably also has schizophrenia but won’t get treatment and she thinks I’ve had someone living in my attic for the last 7 years. Maybe it’s actually a big cuddly sprirt.
