I don’t open my blinds for this reason. Luckily I never hear or really see my neighbors. You are not alone in the struggle.

Yea, my blinds are usually closed, too. I also chose to buy a house that is far away from neighbors.

I just moved into my own apartment with my dog so my paranoia is a bit out of wack at the moment. But my support team is aware.

I’ve got a good support team (my mom, my dad, my sister, my wife, my social worker, my therapist, my pdoc). That’s where I’m lucky.
