Do any of you take Magnesium to help you sleep? How long do you take it? What strength?
I take them, not daily because i forget, but when i think of it. 500mg, perhaps every other day. I started it about a month or so ago??? I also started calcium and zinc at the same time.
I seem to feel less anxious and depressed overall, but i have no clue if the magnesium did that, or something else. I didnt know it helped insomnia and dont think it specifically made me sleep better.
