I got some suploments with calcium and magnesium and I believe vitamin D today. Idk how much is in it. I’m sure any amount would be helpful.
Maybe you could take it before bed?
Ya, I take 150 at bedtime and 150 in the morning but I might try 75 in the morning. I just like how it keeps my benzo use low. If I don’t have enough magnesium I just have more benzos

I take 200mg of magnesium glycinate in the morning and then again in the evening and it really helps my anxiety and also stops muscle cramping.
I take it in the glycinate form because it doesn’t upset my stomach like the citrate form.

I started on magnesium again recently. I take two tablets before I go to bed.
The dreams I have when I’ve taken magnesium are crazy. I normally dream vividly anyway but with magnesium things shift around a lot and don’t make a lick of sense when I look back over them when I wake up.
Unfortunately it hasn’t really fixed me waking up three times a night but I do feel more relaxed on them so I will keep taking them.

Well that’s the idea in theory. Better quality of sleep = more energy in the day time. Seems to work so far but its not like a massive difference. I have a bit more energy and motivation to do stuff.
