Oping Strategies for Managing Paranoia and Hallucinations

Hey everyone,

Paranoia and hallucinations have been kicking my butt, and I was hoping maybe some of you have some battle tactics you’d be willing to share.

It’s a total nightmare trying to figure out what’s real and what’s just my brain messing with me, especially when I’m already stressed or anxious. It feels like my mind is a prankster on overdrive, and I’m constantly on guard.

Therapy and meds are definitely helping, but I’m on the hunt for more ways to manage this stuff day-to-day. Mindfulness stuff, distractions, weird tricks, anything! I’m open to it all.

Give your meds time, for paranoia I’d suggest take some time away from stressful environments !
