I try to go asleep at 11pm, but these last couple of weeks, I’ve been staying up later and sleeping in later. im having a hard time sleeping lately, some nights I get 4 hours sleep, then a couple nights later I will sleep for 10 hours. my sleep schedule is all a mess. I asked for an alarm clock for Christmas to wake me up in the morning, im thinking 6am.
part of me wants to keep staying up late and sleeping in, until Christmas. I’ve got nothing to do until then anyhow.
I sleep a lot, I usually go to bed between 10h30 pm and 11h30 pm. I wake up between 9 am and 10am.
In my physiology books they say you should sleep at least 8 hours ( this is written on Vander’s physiology, just in case someone is wondering)
8:30 or 9:00 if I take my meds when I’m supposed to. Basically it’s 30 minutes after I take my Saphris, that stuff knocks you out. I usually sleep till 2 to 4 am
I know people that are up all night. Sleep is hard these days especially when you are sick. What to do… I don’t know but its better to be on a regular schedule. Give it the ol’ college try then get up if you can’t.
Is it you meds? You mind won’t turn off? The middle of the night is a good time to get something done. If a doc won’t help then you pretty much have to suffer through it. Sorry! I don’t have that problem but it is a sign of the times. Nervous, stressful times. It is so common, too common. I have times when sleep is too much and others not so much.
I try to be in bed by 8:00pm. I usually wake up every 2 hours during the night though and it takes me forever to fall asleep. I usually stay in bed until 9:00am.
