I tend to go to bed at between 6 pm and 10 pm then wake up a few times in the night before waking up properly at 7 am. Then I nap perhaps once or twice during the day.
Very all over the place pattern. But it suits me very well atm.

I’m currently on a weird schedule where I get up super early, then the next morning I sleep in super late. Rinse and repeat seems to be my pattern.
That’s good that you go to bed early though. I might take my night meds at ten tonight, and just chill in bed listening to the radio.
I sleep a lot 10 hours at night sometimes I lose the whole day, wish I did not sleep as much as i do but have depression, so I think that might be why
I go to bed early but I don’t fall asleep until midnight. Then I am usually up by 7 or 8 but I just stay in bed for a while
I only sleep with klonopin, Ambient, marijuana edibles, and oxycodone. Sometimes a whiskey to top it off. THEN I sleep well from 7pm-noon and I am happy. Other than that, I cannot sleep for ■■■■…it’s awful. Glad you all can. Yay.
I tend to go to bed quite late, usually around 11 pm or even midnight. I have no issues with sleeping as my Clozapine is quite sedating. Waking up in the morning can be difficult at times. Sometimes i wake up at my alarm, have breakfast, sit back down and fall asleep again. My partner has to rouse me sometimes.
I try to be regular. Take meds same time and go to bed early to read till sleep. Get up really early around 5am and go from there. Routine really helps me and I do better if I take my meds same time everyday or nearabouts.
When I was on olanzapine I slept sometimes 15-18hrs a day. When I was on abilify I didn’t sleep. Now on latuda it’s all over the place. But some what more normal. Between 5-12 hrs of sleep a night.
It starts out normal. I fall asleep at 11 pm and wake up around 9 am. I may wake up several times at night but I fall back asleep easily. Then all of a sudden I can’t fall asleep until later and later, until I am basically staying up all night. Then it ends up resetting and I go back to normal again. Its very weird.
For the past several months my sleep has been very disrupted. I have had great trouble sleeping at night and when I do sleep I am only able to sleep for 2-3 hours. Sometimes I can’t fall back asleep at all and sometimes I can force myself back to sleep an hour or 2 later but it’s difficult. I have no idea what happened to cause this.
I’m about 12 am to 6-8 am right now.
It helps me sleep better if I keep busy during the day.
8pm to sleep. Wake up at midnight. Fall asleep and wake up again after ~1 hour repeatedly until ~8am.
Right now i go to bed at 22.00 fall asleep one hour later. Wake up when i wake up. Have alarm on 11.00
Usually fall asleep at 12 or 1 am then wake up at 5 am then go back to sleep until 9 but I lowered my meds so last night I only slept from 4 am until 8 am
I’m fortunate, as I have a pretty regular and consistent sleep schedule. Usually in bed by 9-10 pm, and wake up at 6:45 am on days I work, and around 7-8 on my days off.
Have trouble falling asleep before 3am and then struggle to get up before 11am. 8 hours does not sound too bad but I need to shift it earlier. Trouble is I like night time and this lockdown does not help. Good thread @anon90843118
I am cheating meditation. I don’t sit, I lay in bed, I sleep and than i am awake. I do it till my pressure sores become unbearable just to change and sit on the same chair all day till I get a soar rump. That makes me eventually going for a brief walk to the shops or visit someone. So i am not stressed or fully challenged and not really tired.

Bed at 10 wake up at 6:30 - 7. Its pretty healthy, I never have trouble getting to sleep either.
I fell asleep today after eating. Now im gonna be up all night til at least 3 or 4 before i force myself to sleep. Feels bad man
I got to bed sometime between midnight and 2 am. I start waking up probably 11am but don’t usually get out of bed until the afternoon.
