On a horrible sleep schedule

I slept from 4:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Really need to fix my sleep schedule.

Anyone else waking up at crazy times? :joy:

I used to, at the moment its better since ive Done some lifestylechanges.
I didnt really enjoy those nights awake.

Yeah sometimes I get bored staying awake. Everyone is usually sleeping lol.

I pulled an all nighter.

I usually go to sleep at 10am and wake up around 4-5pm

I have been getting by with less sleep though. I used to need 12 hours everyday at least.

I used to do that when i didnt work. Sometimes id stay up till like 11am then sleep till like midnight. Eventually id work my way back to somewhat normal like sleep from 3am to 4pm

Looking back i used to get insomnia as well, i wouldnt be able to sleep and it would be like 8am so thats why i kept having weird sleep schedules. Then years later i had hypersomnia instead.
Now my sleeps pretty normal, partly enforced by a work schedule on regular hours.

I am usually asleep from about five p m until around 1 am…stay up and just do deep thinking until around six am, sleep until around 11 am, then stay up until five or six pm…every day…works for me.
