Nothing is real, we're living in a dream

It will soon end and then we go into a state of suspended weightlesness and begin to float in an endless world of color and water and brilliant lights all swirling around in a void of substance.

How do you know that?

Perhaps this is just telling of your desires.

It sometimes does feel that I am living in some kind of alternative universe - a dream.
Who knows what happens to us after we die - I would like to think that there is a life after death.
My parents and I bought our cemetery plots - I will be buried in my hometown - where I grew up.

I have been thinking a lot about my death lately - and no matter what happens, I would like to think of death as a time to rest, the end of my suffering.
Reincarnation is also a possibility - but at the very least, death is a dark empty non existent state - it is a time to eternally rest.
I have been fearing my own death less lately.
But for anyone contemplating suicide - It is not a good solution

Let me take you down
'Cause I’m going to strawberry fields
Nothing is real and nothing to get hung about
Strawberry fields forever

Looking at life in a totally logical way , I think that, all we do really know is life? And it seems that we are not even sure of that, but the suffering is real, and a lot of people around the world are suffering in some way.

believing in eternal nothingness after we die is scary really its means that our life had no greater purpose at all…nothing we ever does means anything in the end…

Sure it does. You live your life until you die.You do your best and make the best life you can for yourself. You don’t turn 30 or however old you are and just say, “I give up because my life means nothing and I’m going to die some day”. There’s no point in that. You have the gift of life. Even if your life consists only of a walk to the store every other day that’s fine. That’s something. You build from there.Hell, you were working for a long time. That means something.

This is not very fresh news : abrahamic religions, hinduism and boudhism tell that since millenaries
