I wouldn’t know I never talked to anyone who’s died. I just hope it’s not like blacking out or game over in a video game. I just wanna live forever
I don’t even believe in life before death.
No. What reason would their be for a life after death. Because those people who believe that, adamantly spend their whole time in this life preparing for the next. Wasting what good they could do to make this life better. I don’t think life after death does any good as a concept to moralize people’s views of this life. Spending so much time in their minds preparing for nothing.
It’s better to just live your life now the best you can, making yourself happy and fulfilled, living life to your meaning that makes you happy, not someone else.
I’d like to speculate that the universe never ends or just goes beyond our understanding. Like the argument of life before or after.
a law of science says that your brain has alpha and beta waves of electricity in your brain…the law of science said paraphrased that “energy cannot be created or destroyed” when we die, our brain loses it’s alpha and beta waves so that “energy” went somewhere…I believe it is to Heaven we all go. no matter what you believe. I follow Christ Jesus as much as I can and it makes me happy that I follow Him.
@lesterwaynedobo Eventually we will uncover all it’s secrets.
@jukebox “believe it is to Heaven we all go.”
How did you come to that belief?
i believe there is something after death, i think that if you believe in heaven and hell you will go to one of those, if you don’t? what ever you believe will to you is what happens…
its all about what you BELIEVE!!!
Amen dremulf I got jc on my arm and stories about people dieing and coming back. I’m sure you all heard that story of someone following the white light at the end of the tunnel
Well not technically. The concept of life is a scientific thing, and the biological machine that is my body is considered alive. When it dies, well it won’t be alive anymore. As far as whether or not there is some sort of experience after death, no idea, but it wouldn’t surprise me either way.
I did at times I felt complete and felt great to meat God. I wonder where I was before I was concieved. Now with all the stress I deal with I can bareley think about after death. I was raised a muslim and there is plenty said about an after life and reward somtimes I feel so fulfilled and somtimes it seems like God is the energy from all those that believed about him in thier particular ways. Athiesm seems like not much after death but I can reason a lot more about life than with religion and still feel I lived a fullfilling life.
No. It is all black.
There’s life before life… So there’s life after life… I just don’t know what it’s gonna be like…
My rationality makes me an athiest.
My rationality also says I should stay away from this thread.
It’s in the hands of the potato god
I don’t believe in endings, just transitions.
I have a deep belief in reincarnation…
I do believe that I’ll be around again
There was no life before conception, so why would there be an afterlife? I dont think it is. It was not hurtfull to not excist, so I dont fear it either. But evelution has made dying painfull. Atleast for some.
We don’t know that.
Do you remember things from before? I certainly don’t… And I am 100% certain about it.
