I love my fitbit. Been using one for about 3 or so years now and it’s good tech for keeping on top of your health.

Can you use yours to pay for things at a cash register? I’m kinda nervous about putting my credit card on there but the idea is cool.

Nah. I just use it for body and exercise monitoring. I don’t use the paywave function but know people who do. I just rather use my card for that…fitbit for exercise.

It made sure I was moving if I read that message move more one more time I was about to chunk it lol. I only got 3300 steps lol

3,000 is a good start. It really is and trick is to do it regularly and when you’ve improved do it briskly. I use the 250 steps an hour reminder as it helps me get moving. I often do more steps that that but the fitbit is a really good tool to get things going. So many useful features for me at least.

Hugs to you friend.

I know you were feeling pretty bad earlier today.

Don’t worry. I think your kids will come around as they get older.

I used to not be able to stand my father, but now we’re really good friends.

never knew it could record sleep, I’d have thought you’d need some sort of wired sensors on the head for that.

Nope and it told my oxygen level too. Really helpful gadget.
