I walk a lot. But lately I am not working. So much less. I am finding it hard to maintain the exercise at high intensity on my cross trainer and bike. I guess if I stick to the low intensity workout it will be something I can stick to over high intensity workouts. Something is better than nothing surely? I want to lose weight but that will be hard with low intensity workouts.
I want to lose weight too, but I can only walk and I don’t feel motivated to walk outside in the hot weather
I did my yoga in my new apartment for the first time last night. It was awesome.
Have y’all heard of the Ketone diet? If you have Netflix look for The Magic Pill.
I can exercise ; but I don’t cause I work physical job , I didn’t rest if I exercise and after free days I comeback to work unrested, I cannot work because of low energy energy. So I decided to rest during my free days and exercise at work . As my personal trainers said diets is unhealthy you should eat everything just no candy and ■■■■ after 5 pm: I do recommend find good gym with personal trainer . Personal trainer would motivate you you will not do such a workout without good personal trainer. As well it’s expensive but worth the money…
Hard workout will not make you loose weight if you not eat properly . You should eat 5 times a day but just a little bit . Lots of vegetables and meat. No sugarous things after 5 pm
I do yoga for 30-40 minutes every day at home.
Yes, you have to watch your calorie intake. I do.
Mapmywalk, Mapmyrun, Mapmyride are all good phone apps for tracking progress
This is my progress thus far.
I’ve been using the app for like…3 years now? I used to walk hardcore.
@anon35453467. Look at you Mr. Smarty Pants
I’m not a Mr. Smarty Pants. I am just committed to exercising and recording my progress.
I have two to three meals and Im veggie but I think it’s partly to do with PCOS making it extra tough
I barely take walks now.
I lack the energy and motivation too.
I want to do yoga and play golf.
try to look for new exercises that u might like, that way you will be more motivated to do them again.
awesome! Surely 30-40 minutes of yoga everyday makes you upbeat and fit. I admire you.
Start small. I got a fitbit and best investment I’ve made for my health with respect to giving up smoking.
First goal. Minimum 10, 000 steps a day. Took me a while to get into it but that little buzzer helps me no end. I plan out my days. I get a bit fitter then I add another goal…
It really is working out well for me. It’s only a reminder but I continually overachieve and it’s like catch 22. Your unmotivated your never going to do it but if you have too it will help. Once you get on the path it works and it’s easier everyday. It’s just that first step…and having some realistic goals! So yes. Less intensity. More often!
I have a Fitbit charge 2 this morning I did 6569 steps so far , yay !! I did 54 minutes of active non stop walking
