Gym can't do it

I can’t anymore. The only.thing that I can do is walk. :tired_face:

I can .i love rowing but I just don’t like going gym 3 times

Do you have the ability to go rowing a few times a week?

I can do it it’s more that I don’t want to I can’t keep it up. The motivation isn’t there

I do love to.walk though maybe using the Fitbit and aiming for steps might be good idea

That sounds like a good idea, especially since you enjoy it. Start out small and increase your time walking as you want to and feel ready.

Have you tried taking a b complex with your breakfast (needs to be taken with food)? It helps me feel more energetic and motivated

Then dont exercise if it dont bring you pleasure theres no point in doing it. Do what makes you happy and if that walking then walk.

Haven’t heard from you in awhile, hope things are going well! I personally can’t stand gyms, I just buy myself a nice used stationary exercise machine off Craigslist, a bike or a stair stepper or a treadmill. Have you considered that?

I have a bike in the other place I guess I could bring over.
