No motivation to exercise

Most cool @anon80629714… Best thing ever for exercise for me! Even tracks your sleep and seems pretty accurate. I moved up to an ionic. It’s more a fitness tracker than a smart watch but it’s great for me! It cost a pretty penny but I love it’s options and I have an iphone for everything else!

Good luck my friend! 10,000 steps a day is great! That’ll tip you over the minutes per day too!

Love your work!

I just said that I just ate 968 calories and exercised my mouth the whole time. It was a bad joke.

I used to walk, but I just can’t anymore. I hurt. I wish I were active. I want to be fit and look great, but it’s just not in the cards. People tell me my back would feel better if I walked, but they don’t take into account the hole in my knee. I could do yoga, but I don’t. I have no excuse.

I also have those days wherein I am not in mood to do exercise, but then again part of me will say that I need to lose weight for I am so afraid to hear body shaming all over again.

I have no motivation to lift weights either. But I do walk

I’m forced at work to do heavy lifting and other stuff, so no need to work out

Walking is something easer to maintain in my case anyway

I do it a lot. Like 4-5 miles per day. I hike daily. And pace a lot. My phone keeps track for me.

Maybe keep your exercise goals small and easy to start with? Then you can build momentum which will make you feel more comfortable and motivated to do more.
