Walking seems to be the only thing i can do

I can relate to it. I was supposed to do 20-30 minutes of aerobics everyday to lose weight. But I haven’t done it for three days. Rather, I just took a walk in the evenings.
Walking can be aerobic. Like rogue said, walk fast. And do that for 20 to 30 minutes. Or if that’s too much start slow and work those muscles up to where you can walk a 15 minute mile.
Sorry to be a bit flipant @anon80629714 . I’ve found routine to be the key. I’m so used to getting up early and just walking my 11,500 steps I get that done everyday even when feeling bad or unmotivated. Even on a bad day I’m getting to around 20,000 so just making some time and getting regular really does help.
I walk 1 hour a day it’s easy I also work out with weights 2 times per week
I’ve been stretching and doing either yoga or elliptical after dinner. I get sleepy from meds 10am to 4pm so after that I’m pretty good, just glad the 6 hours is over and I can do things
