I need to motivation to go on 90 min walks again

In 2020 I took a 90 minute walk every day for around 120 days. I want to get back to that. Motivate me.

@Nomad I walk 4 miles every day and this has really benefited me. I’ve done this for a few years now.

Well u could slack off like me and get out of shape. I just brought my groceries up three floor and it took like 15 min to recover…

I find it a lot easier to go all or nothing with things like that. But the most difficult and best way is sustainable and balanced. If you feel up to it one day, then do it. If the next day your not keen, then don’t go. I think its important to try to go easy on ourseleves and not self-flagellate every time we miss a couple days. I feel I’m slowly learning to be more balanced with exercise, diet and fun. Starting to get there. Its just so easy to fall into either doing nothing for a month or going full hectic doing stuff every day for a while until burnout or life stuff happens.
