Whenever I felt nic sick i just lay down towards my right side. Works 10/10 times. Lay till it goes away.

How long does that take?
It works in relieving nausea instantly. But it can take 20-30 minutes for the symptoms to fade.

Yea… I e been vape free for three weeks and my lungs still feel tight and I get winded easily. I hope to never go back. Plus I have extra money lol

You use nicotine gum at all? Or did you manage cold turkey?
I went to the nicotine pouches. Next month I’m only using the patch then hopefully December I can be nic free.
I quit cold turkey before but couldn’t do it this time

Sorry to hear that jim. Nic salts can upset the stomach for sure but for me it gave me a hacking cough that was worse than with cigs so thats why I switched back to tobacco

I was PO’d at my doc for making me quit, but I felt a lot better and breathed better after. Worth it.
