I am waiting on my vape juice to run out. It will probably last another two weeks
After that I’m switching to the gum. I’ve made my decision and I will stick to it. Hopefully it won’t be too difficult. I shouldn’t crave the nicotine but the hand to mouth habit could be hard to break.
I was vaping CBD and THC and nicotine. I haven’t vaped in about three weeks to a month now. I can get by with about four 4mg nicotine lozenges a day. I completely stopped the CBD and the THC. It’s not near as bad as I thought it was going to be. I feel so much better knowing my lungs are at least safe now. I also completely stopped alcohol. Life is much easier now. Easier on my conscience. I did not go through any withdrawals at all so far. The only thing that bothers me was the habit of inhaling things in my lungs, I seem to like that for some reason. But I hated knowing my lungs were at risk.
Nicotine gum is addicting you need to chew it few months to half year to quit. One of my friend successfully quit with nicotine gum but he chew it long time
My father smoked for decades but now chews the gum. He chews a lot of gum but we are okay with it. I hope the transition won’t be miserable. You are strong for making the change. Well done!
I vaped for a year and switched to Nicorette gum 4mgs and then 2mgs because they keep running low at the Walmart around this joint. Been on this gum for like 4 yrs now and can’t quit but it’s slightly better then vape cigs or dipping. Good luck! Have a nice nite!
I am personally trying to end a caffeine dependency. I realized it is a diuretic and makes you urinate more which i guess provides some therapeutic relief so i am just going to drinking less water and see if i feel less need for it. I have picked up chewing gum.
