that being said your friend sounds acutely paranoid. My concern is that she may be misdiagnosed bipolar.

@FreeLunch , her dr said she could hallucinate on it and that some people hallucinate and some don’t.

Fair. Still it is classified as a dissociative. Just wanted to point it out because of the controversy surrounding it’s therapeutic use.

Ketamine was used as an analgesic in birth for a long time, but women kept hallucinating that they were leaving their bodies because of the dosage.

Oh wow. Spravato is esketamine as opposed to ketamine. Not sure how they differ exactly but they are different

You’re right, it’s supposed to be less psychoactive. Also more potent so they can use smaller doses w similar efficacy
It really is an interesting drug
