I drank a 6-pack of 16oz cans of beer. Not a lot to what I used to drink. I told her I was able to go to sleep and slept well. She thinks I passed out. I stopped drinking and switched to Abilify last May and have been having trouble sleeping. I don’t know if it’s the Abilify or lack of alcohol doing it. I have been going to AA.
Nearly 5 pints. That is quite a lot to drink by yourself TBH. Maybe she has a point?
this is an unrelated issue, but didn’t you say you were gonna stop talkin to your sister?
We’ve made amends with each other and are talking again. I just trying not to stress her out as she now has heart problems. She may have a procedure done on January which has an 80 to 85% success rate with her problem. She just worried about the risks. Stroke, bleeding out, ect.
I’m glad you’re talking to your sister again. She’s just concerned about you.
I don’t think you should be drinking @anon54988740 especially if you’re an alcoholic.
That’s ok start over tomorrow
Thanks Wave. 15
That is alot to drink I would be hung over
Honestly, that’s too much. Maybe go to more meetings than usual to help curb the temptation?
I’m going to try. Just trying not to drink for the time being. One day at a time as they say in AA.
That’s a good plan. Take it one day at a time
Well, I guess I’m an alcoholic. I don’t get hung over much.
Stay away from the beer man… I believe in you, you can do it!
Thanks Canuk. 151515
Try to stop at 3 that’s what I do
I just googled it, and sleep disturbances after recovery from alcohol dependence are common and may last year’s.
