Does anyone have experience of recovering from these kind of levels of hyperprolactinemia?
I stopped having the Invega/Paliperidone depot injection during March, 5 months ago, and my levels are still astronomical.
I’m wondering whether to take B6 supplement but I want to know if there is an underlying cause or pituitary issue.
Just wondered if anyone else has had results in the thousands? My psychiatrist was dismissive of my health concerns.

That’s really high. Mine was almost 200 and that was high. You should get your pituitary checked. Go to a doctor and ask for a referral to an endocrinologist (i think that is the kind of doctor who would deal with this but double check me on that).

It’s hard to know due to different measurements in different places
But mine were the same as a woman in the third trimester
The doctor said to me that the benefit of the med outweighed the risk for prolactin
They did change the med tho after it messed with my QTc intervals
