My early Christmas present!

My daughter got me tickets to a professional ballet tonight.

It was excellent and I loved it!

What’s interesting is that I liked a second soloist better than the 1st soloist.

And one poor corps de ballet dancer was quite awkward from what appeared to be a back injury but I could be wrong.

I discussed the performance with one of my daughter’s previous ballet teachers who danced professionally all over the world, including for the Bolshoi Ballet. She had insight into the dancers. I miss talking to her now that my daughter doesn’t dance anymore

aw so glad you got to go to the ballet…how great that is…I would love to see a show in the arts too.

I love watching the Nutcracker every Christmas! My niece used to dance in the ballet.

What a cool present! I miss going to the symphony and plays. I’ve never seen ballet in person, though it sounds incredible! Good on you for getting to go out and enjoy yourself.

Cool! My daughter danced ballet professionally. She got to sign autographs and everything. It was so amazing watching her.
