My dog is doing worse than before

She went back to the vet,

They did a few treatments.

She’s resting but she’s making a lot of uncomfortable noises.

Hoping the blood work comes back okay and it’s just the original bladder infection.

I’m really worried,

Been crying all day.

I’m sorry. There’s nothing worse than feeling helpless, especially when an animal is involved.

Hopefully the blood work comes back ok. Fingers crossed.

hoping things will work out, my dog passed 2 months ago with congestive heart failure. i have another dog now that i was fostering and eventually adopted. he had heartworm which can be fatal to dogs but received treatment and soon we will get the blood results to find out if he tests positive or negative for it now after the treatments. even if he tests negative he will have to take preventative treatments for life but there will be much less to worry about

I slept on the couch with Lilly last night.

This morning she was thirsty and could walk to go potty.

She’s far from her regular self,

But there’s some improvement.

I hear today about the blood tests.

If everything checks out, she can get some painkillers and that would help a lot.

Me too.

She was sooo bad off yesterday.

I just cried all day.

But she seems to be getting off to a better start,

We’ll see what the vet says.
