She seemed to be doing a little better for a while, but now she’s sleeping.
I’m a mess.
The vet is supposed to call any minute with her blood work.

I called the vet the second they opened.
We were supposed to get results from several tests today and know what’s wrong with Lilly.
They didn’t send the samples off when they were supposed to and now we have to wait until tomorrow.
I just broke out in tears.
I’m trying to help her so bad, but I don’t know what to do.

You’re helping her by keeping her as comfortable as possible, and by sitting with her. She is reassured by your presence.

Just keep petting her, let her sleep, and be available for snuggles if they’re needed. That really sucks that they didn’t send off the labs yet
