Today I weighed 214 lbs. 15 lbs to go. Slowly but surely is working for me. I started out at 251 lbs several months ago. I never go hungry and I don’t count calories or carbs. I just don’t eat anything with a lot of carbs. I know what I can eat and I know what I can’t.
