What makes you look slim (or without gut) is more the fat% of your body. The more muscle you have the less fat you can appear without loosing that much fat.
For example, if you have 15 kg of fat at 90kg, thats like 15% body fat which looks pretty fit, but if you have 15kg of fat at 70 kg you have 21%body fat, which is mildly/moderate overweight.
I think the best is to have a balance, a bit of cardio and a bit of lifting, its slower to lose weight this way but you will be more muscular and better looking imo
Yea dude. I guess balance is the key. Cause even if I wanted to do 100% walking my feet are gonna hurt like crazy. I did it last time and lost 50 pounds but my feet got pretty busted up. Maybe I’ll do half cardio half weights…been doing mostly weights recently
Lol sweet! Very cool sounds like a lot of fun yea idk if tried doing all walking today and my feet already hurt I’ll have to try a combo of them and also get some better shoes
Yea idk how the heck I did it before but my feet hurt so bad already maybe I’ll look for some dietary solutions if I wanna boost it, but probably will continue doing some weight training.
