I started in 7th grade with my brothe, and now many years later I still workout sometimes multiple times a day. And 5 days out of the week. Even during my break I worked out. You just have to keep doing it until it becomes a habit.

lol nah i dont thats my point

I went to a gym 3 times a week for 13 years until it closed. I’ve been without one for a year. A new one has opened recently and I’m 1. trying to get the courage to join. and 2. waiting for winter weather to be over so I can be there regularly.

great to hear chordy, what was your motivation to go?

I weighed in at 161 pounds. Now, I weigh 115 pounds. I lost 31 inches. I just got encouragement from a friend and after awhile, it became self motivated. But that friend is now in the hospital with the flu and she has been in a nursing home. So I don’t really have her to encourage me anymore. It’s difficult to go alone.

I go two times a week at the moment.

I used to go more often.

After I have moved I will not be able to afford it anymore.

I will cook for my sister and get a Pilates class once a week in return .
I hope to start riding again and to have the discipline to jog every week.

My gym is anywhere I hang my hat. Literally anywhere I can lay my yoga mat is my gym. It doesn’t take up very much space at all. And it’s very portable and convenient.

You want to work on your bench and squat. See yourself progress. Do vacuums for a small waist and watch videos of Rich Piana for inspiration. He died but he can show you how to lift.

I started weight lifting when i was only a child. My father taught me powerlifting and bodybuilding. I still go to the gym most days but because of injury and the mentall condition find it very hard im not in good shape any more but i could bench 550 pounds deadlift 500 and squat 300kg at 95kg in weight. Best to start off with techneque and light weights everyday training different body parts in a cycle of days youtube actually can have some good vids. The three main lifts are bench squate and deadlift.

@PinCushion That is impressive. How long do you work out for and what machine do you use when you go?? I am trying to get into working out too.

They are the powerlifting lifts but a good foundation for bodybuilding.
