Maybe exercising is bad for you?

I mean to say is exercising won’t help your negative symptoms.
Exercising worsen your positive and negative.

When I started exercising I’ve notice I haven’t improved my negative symptoms until I stopped exercising and only home cook.
I’ve been exercising for 5 years.

When I was 15 age I was a normal human. I had no mental illness and exercising after school until age 23.
When I became 24 years old I began to have schizophrenia.

Negative symptoms never improved when I was 24 years old.

I think it’s helped me mentally for sure. I’ve gone from sleeping 10 hours plus a day to a more normal 8 or less simply adding some decent, regular exercise. Negs are a different beast but exercise is beneficial physically and most newer studies say mentally too.

Maybe I’ve been exercising wrong.

Routine is good for mentally ill people. I get a lot done simply because I’ve built up some good routines that I do religiously. Yeah negatives bite hard but any exercise is good and setting up good habits is too.

If you put weight on a part of your body that’s failing like a arthritic joint it can lead to bad things. If you exercise while keeping the pressure off it can be beneficial like in a swimming pool for instance.
