It doesn’t help me at all. Like with you, it makes me more paranoid.
I don’t mind taking a walk, especially if I have someone to walk with, but I don’t want to go to a gym or do weird exercises.
I don’t really exercise anymore, but when I did it was a tremendous help for my mood. It never benefited or harmed me in terms of psychotic symptoms.
I want to get my puls up in gym…makes my metabolism faster.
When I do exercises I’m good, no paranoia no nothing. I did it the first thing in the morning. And as I start my day I get symptomatic suddenly
It’s not the doing part as is more the after part
I bike 30-40 mins daily, it makes my legs more limber, I can go up / down stairs more easily. Don’t do any upper body since my elbows are so bad though.
I walk 20 minutes a day and it helps.
I don’t exercise at all. All the research says it helps schizophrenia though.
In theory they can say anything. I was exercising running for half a hour a day. It made me so worse
I walk daily and it helps me. Even if I pace around my apartment a couple hours it’s good lol.
I know walking helps, I do it a lot. I should have been more specific. Running is what makes me worse

Swimming has helped boost my mood. Also I can eat what I want and not put on weight.
I walk on the treadmill most days. It doesn’t really help with my symptoms but it does make me feel better in general and helps with my physical health.

With my same meds I exercise way more and sleep way less. I’m a bit older so symptoms could be on the decline anyways but exercise has really helped me over the last half year or so!
It helps physical fitness and I think that flows on to mental as well!
I’ve been walking atleast 24 minutes a day and lately have started to lift weights as well. My body is sore but I’ve lost 20lbs.
exercise is like the only productive thing I do. makes me not give a ■■■■ about doing nothing all day. eat workout eat again…do nothing. works for me.
