Man when I get stressed the paranoia creeps in

It started with white vans earlier in the week.

Yesterday I thought a work man who my landlord arranged was an undercover cop.

Today I thought a workman in the grocery shop was from the government. Tbh I am not even sure if this guy was real or imaginary - I also saw my neighbours ex dog walker who I know for a fact stopped walking the dog 6 months ago

Is pretty frustrating that positive symptoms are just lying in wait, ready to kick my ass as soon as my defences are down.

Yesterday morning I was home alone and saw a long dark figure walk across the room and step into a cooler.

I’m still weirded out.

And I’ll be honest, haven’t gotten close to the cooler.

I don’t really have any good advice,

Just agreeing that these symptoms are a ■■■■■ and they definitely will kick you while you’re down.

I’ve been sick a week and now have pink eye too.

I do think having other physical/mental stress makes it easier for these things to manifest.

Do you ever do breathing exercises for stress?

Sometimes they help me,

Sometimes not at all.

Seems worth it to try.

Have you taken a PRN?

Hey buddy. Thanks for the kind words and thanks for sharing your experiences too. This ■■■■ be ■■■■■■ lol

Thanks for breathing suggestion. I do have breathing exercises which can help A LOT. I keep forgetting about them though so thanks for the reminder!

My folks get back from holiday tomorrow and it will be nice to speak to them again. I don’t go to my folks house often but I phone fairly regular

I’m perpetually mildly paranoid but my paranoia greatly increases when I’m stressed out even a little bit.
I hear you @Jimbob
I’m sorry you are going through this
